9. Refund, Cancellation, & Payment Policy

 

The owner does not grant refunds.  All registration fees and service upgrades are final.  If you choose to cancel your subscription, we will cancel your account and cease further billing.  The user, however, is still responsible for paying the amount owed for the current time period of the subscription and any past due amounts in full.  Payments for account will be made upon sign up, and on a monthly basis after registration.  You will be charged accordingly for whichever membership type you have at the time of billing.  (i.e. $19.99 for Basic Membership and $49.99 for Premium Membership.)

 

10. Merchant Delivery Methods and Timing

 

The owner grants access to this site and the site’s features to registered members who have activated memberships.  Members shall receive access to the site and its services upon registering and having their payment cleared.  The owner does not guarantee these services and is not legally accountable for any lapse in service or downtime of the site.  The owner reserves the right to eliminate access to the site and its services at any time without notice to its users.
